NORA FATEHI’S WORKOUT ROUTINE
Pole dancing, belly dancing, pilates, functional exercise, and weight lifting are also part of Nora's fitness regimen. She uses Instagram to share videos of herself dancing and having fun during rehearsals for various dance performances. This is most likely the key to her toned and fit body. “I don't go to the gym or work out on a regular basis because I lose weight quickly. In an interview, Nora said, "I used to do pilates, which I found great for toning up, but I love a little thickness, particularly in the lower body." To be honest, her metabolism is something we lust after.
The beauty still manages to stay on schedule and never loses an opportunity to dance. She swears by any kind of dance to stay in shape. Belly dance tones her flabby muscles, obliques, and lower back, leg, and arm muscles. Nora says that she hasn't been trained in any form of dance and that it is the result of a lot of practice. She's even been pole dancing. It's a perfect core exercise that's also comparable to a good aerobic workout at the gym!

“I don't follow any diet plan and never have,” Nora said of her eating habits. I eat whatever I want because food is something I enjoy. Carbs and sweets are included in this category as well. I confess that I indulge in junk food such as pizzas, burgers, and whatever else makes me happy.”
Norah initially struggled to gain weight, but she is now in the best shape of her life. Unless the film or the role requires it, she does not limit herself when it comes to food or adheres to a strict diet.
