If you ask Alia if she started going to the gym before or after she got into movies, she'll tell you she started so she could get into movies. She walks for 5 minutes on the treadmill before running for 10 minutes. Her diet is straightforward, and she eats whatever she wants with no restriction. She normally has a bowl of poha or a veg or egg sandwich for breakfast, along with tea or coffee. Her lunch is made up of roti, vegetables, and dal. She's having vegetables, roti, and a cup of rice for dinner. She also enjoys chicken breasts and desserts. She suggests eating dinner at least 2 hours before bedtime and avoiding junk and fatty foods.
She claims that while most people avoid carbs, they are just as important to your body as proteins and healthy fats. Carbs, as the primary source of glycogen, give the body the energy it needs to perform physical and mental tasks. When you eat too many of them, the problem arises. She also recommends eating a well-balanced diet and staying hydrated.
